Scholarship recipients are encouraged to submit a unique case to the Case Competition that focuses on a complex procedure, complication management, or an advanced or novel technique in structural heart intervention. The Program Committee will judge the submissions, and the authors of the 5 best cases will present their work during the Case Competition Session. The overall winner will receive a $1,000 honorarium and a commemorative plaque, and each runner-up will receive a $500 honorarium.
The SWISH Main Conference on Saturday, December 5, 2026, is dedicated entirely to case-based discussions and interactive debates. Faculty from leading institutions will present real-world cases that highlight practical decision-making, procedural approaches, complication management, and new tools and techniques, with engaging discussions and Q&A sessions. Interactive debate sessions will feature faculty with opposing viewpoints on timely and sometimes controversial topics.
